HOW TO USE THIS SITE
I have forgotten my username and/or password.
Your financial advisor can tell you your username and give you a new password. If you do not know how to contact your financial advisor, use the office locator in Contact Us to find your branch’s phone number.
When I try to log in, I get a message that says "Contact your Sysadmin." What does this mean?
Log-in for your account has been deactivated due to too many unsuccessful log-in attempts. Contact your financial advisor to make sure you are using the correct username and password.
I am a Scott & Stringfellow customer but I can’t access my account information.
Even if you are a Scott & Stringfellow client you must register for online access to your accounts. Please visit Register Today to set up online account access if you haven’t already.
If you have already registered for online access to your accounts, simply log in with your username and password. Then click on "My Account" to view your account information. If you still cannot access this information, please contact your financial advisor.
When I register for online account access I am not prompted to enter a username and/or password. Why is this?
The reason you are not prompted to select a user name and password is because your financial advisor assigns the username and password when setting your account(s) up for online access. If you would like to request a particular username and password, please let your financial advisor know when requesting online account access.
Can I bookmark pages like My Account, My Financial Advisor and Market Watch?
No. Scottstringfellow.com uses a composite security system that checks to see if you are properly logged in each time you visit a page. If you try to bookmark a page, the Web site cannot log you in properly and may ask you for your username and password.
I can’t open a Daily or Weekly Report after I download it from the Research page.
You need Adobe® Acrobat Reader to view these downloaded reports. If you don’t have this software, you can download it free from Adobe Systems Incorporated at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html
I can’t find what I’m looking for.
Use the Site Map or Search a keyword to locate the information you want.
